Returns & Warranties

Outdoor Posh Returns

Outdoorposh will accept returns within 30 days of the receipt of goods for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returns unless otherwise facilitated by a Outdoorposh representative. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories. Credit will be issued for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Credit will be applied for the product cost only (shipping costs will not be refunded).

For security purposes, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) and retain your receipt. Outdoor Posh cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

 


 

Warranties

Picnic Time Product Warranty

We are so confident in the integrity of our products that we offer a limited lifetime warranty for every product we sell. Picnic Time products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.

Home Bazaar Product Warranty

We give a limited 1 year replacement warranty for our products.
Within the first 90 days, we will unconditionally replace (or refund) for any dissatisfaction.
Within the first year, if the structure fails or the house or feeder does not keep its integrity we will replace it.

These are painted, wooden, outdoor products that are exposed to wildlife and the elements.
We do not use any pressure treated wood or chemicals (sealers) as they are bad for the birds and harmful to the environment. The houses will last for years, but the paint will not (1-2 years before it starts to peel)

Blue Ridge Chair Works manufactures furniture that utilizes the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We guarantee that every piece that leaves our facility is free of manufacturing defects. We will gladly repair or replace any piece that does not meet that standard for one year from the date of purchase.

Our products are designed to withstand normal frequent outdoor and recreational use. To prevent premature weathering and deterioration we do recommend indoor storage in between use. We can not warrant against normal weathering or wear, or failure do to improper use.

Cush n Shade

If you are not 100% satisfied within 14 days of your purchase we will exchange the merchandise or refund your money whichever you prefer. The customer must e-mail cushnshade.com, using the Contact Us email form prior to returning any merchandise. Defective products must be returned in their original factory packing. Make sure to include the shipping slip and Returns Authorisation Number given by us. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorisation Number. We do ask that goods returned to us because of a change of heart be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging). All shipping charges for returned or exchanged items are at the customer's expense. Returns must be shipped prepaid to the address on our ‘contact us’ page. Items received ‘payment on delivery’ will be refused. Your account will be credited when the returned merchandise has been received by us. We advise that you return things to us using a recorded delivery for your own protection, as we are unable to take responsibility for any items lost in transit.

KINGCORD HAMMOCKS

Warranty: Each product we sell carries an individual warranty from its manufacturer. Please read it carefully and follow the instructions to ensure you comply with the warranty and are aware of its conditions and lifespan. For instance, upon registration, the Bougainville and Hampton Head hammocks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. If during those three years any such defects materialize, the manufacturer will at its discretion replace or repair the hammock. Of course, this guarantee does not cover such factors as normal wear and tear, damage caused by vandalism, pets or wildlife, or prolonged exposure to the elements, e.g. precipitation, humidity. Other products carry shorter or, in some cases, much longer warranties. Look for the information on the specific product's ../pages.

Jackite Returns Policies

 


All products from Jackite are warranted for 90 days except damage caused by abuse, misuse or neglect. Jackite requires the product be returned to Jackite for review before any consideration for refund, exchange or return can be determined. Jackite does not recommend using the Jackite birds or poles in winds over 20 mph. Jackite’s Osprey did fly through a hurricane, read article, but this is not recommended.

For stores carrying Jackite products we offer an exchange program allowing you, the store, to test Jackite products in your market. You may exchange product that does not sell, dollar for dollar, for other products you wish to order. The returned product cannot be damaged or altered in any way including sales stickers or any other form of change. Jackite’s goal is to be able to return the product to inventory without any additional handling. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Jackite.
Jackite may impose handling fees at its discretion.

For parts replacement for kites:
1) For kites and poles purchased from Jackite, if parts required for assembly or normal use are missing, Jackite will replace the parts free including shipping of the missing parts.
2) If kite and pole parts were lost due to purchaser’s error, Jackite normally charges a small fee for the part and $5 to ship all parts needed.
3) For Jackite Poles that have been damaged, and for any reason, Jackite requires the broken piece be returned to Jackite. Jackite will, at its discretion, replace the parts for a small fee and a shipping fee of $5.
4) For all other inquires for damaged products, Jackite requires the damaged product to be retuned and possibly can replace the product or give a discount off a future purchase.

3 years from the date of purchase

What is covered:
Warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
What Is Not Covered:
Shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultraviolet (UV) light damage on tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse or improper care.


What We Will Do:
If after inspection we find that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, without charge.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:
Return the product, freight prepaid, to the GIGA TENT Customer service department. For return authorization e-mail our office and obtain an Authorization number. Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled in timely matter Collect shipments or shipments without return authorization will not be accepted.

Repairs:

If your Product needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that is not covered under the warranty we will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge, plus shipping and handling. We require that products accepted for any repair must be properly cleaned according to our recommended care instructions. Please send your product or component that requires repair (e.g. tent fly), postage prepaid, along with a description of what needs attention.

REPLACEMENT PARTS:

Replacement parts may be ordered with consumer service at 1-877-TENTS 01 (836-8701)
Please give up to 5 business days for replacement parts to ship out. If something needs immediate attention, please keep us informed.

Return Policy

Buyers wishing to return merchandise to us must first e-mail our office and obtain an Authorization number. Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled in a timely matter.
Returnable Merchandise:

  • Anything that has NOT been used
  • Defect found BEFORE usage
  • Not used or defective but ‘not what you were looking for’ (Will be charged a 15% restocking fee)

Non-Returnable Merchandise:

  • Anything USED
  • Defect Found AFTER usage(will be REPLACED)

To receive a refund, contact the company that sold you the merchandise.

BACKORDERS

All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days, we will notify customer prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have been generated). Cancellations must be made or fax; WE WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the return policy guidelines listed above. CUSTOM ORDERS CAN’T BE CANCELLED.
